Terms & Conditions

By booking treatments or purchasing products or gift vouchers from Skin Ethos, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Treatments

1.1 All treatments are pay-as-you-go (PAYG) unless explicitly purchased in advance via the “buy now, book later” option.

1.2 Treatments purchased in advance must be booked within one month of purchase. After this period, the purchase may be forfeited if not booked, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.3 All treatments are subject to consultation. Skin Ethos reserves the right to adjust or change the treatment if it is deemed unsuitable for the client.

1.4 No refunds are available for treatments purchased in advance. However, the value can be transferred to another treatment type at the clinic’s discretion.

1.5 A £25 deposit is required for all treatments. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within the 24-hour cancellation window.

2. Gift Vouchers

2.1 Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

2.2 Vouchers may be redeemed for treatments or products at Skin Ethos.

2.3 Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Skin Ethos operates a 24-hour cancellation policy.

3.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in loss of the deposit.

3.3 Clients are encouraged to give as much notice as possible to reschedule appointments.

4. Products Purchased Online and Instore

4.1 Products are dispatched within 3–5 working days. If a product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

4.2 Shipping costs: £5.95 per order, or free for product order purchases over £100. Orders are shipped within the UK only. For deliveries to Ireland, please contact by email for a shipping quote.

4.3 Returns are accepted in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which allow for a 14-day cancellation period for most products purchased online. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned at the client’s expense. Products purchased in store cannot be returned unless faulty.

4.4 Due to hygiene and safety reasons, some products may not be eligible for return once opened.

5. Liability

5.1 Skin Ethos undertakes all reasonable care to provide safe and effective treatments and products.

5.2 Skin Ethos is not liable for adverse reactions where treatments were provided in accordance with consultation advice and industry standards.

5.3 Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information during consultation, including allergies, medical conditions, and medications.

6. Amendments

6.1 Skin Ethos reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

6.2 The latest version will always be available on the website and will take immediate effect upon posting.
