  • A clinically proven LED light therapy treatment that uses targeted wavelengths of red (633nm), blue (415nm), and near-infrared (830nm) light to energise skin cells, reduce inflammation, and support repair. It is non-invasive, restorative, and suitable for all skin types.

  • Avoid retinoids 1 week prior to treatment. Arrive with clean skin and avoid applying heavy makeup or active skincare beforehand.

  • Results can be seen from a single 30 minute treatment, but a course of 8–12 sessions is typically recommended for long-term skin improvement.

  • Avoid strong active skincare, heat exposure, and sunbeds for 24 hours if your skin feels warm or flushed. Daily SPF is advised.

  • LED is gentle and safe for most skin types, including sensitive and reactive skin. Anti inflammatory effects make it a key treatment for Rosacea and Acne. A consultation ensures the wavelengths and protocols are tailored to you.

  • No. LED is completely painless. Most clients find it deeply relaxing and calming.

  • None. You can return to your day immediately, with skin often looking visibly brighter and more settled.
